One-on-One Notary Signing Agent Training and Mentorship for Home and Business Loan Documents - $200

The cost of this session can be paid back in less than two loan signings! Notary assignments vary from $75 to $225. 

When you are a Commissioned Notary Public, you will be presented with various documents. 

I recommend that you perform at least 50 to 100 general Notary Public signings before becoming a Notary Signing Agent, but it's really up to you. You must first sign up and take the exam to become a Notary Signing Agent (NSA). If you do notarize loan documents without being a NSA, you will be personally liable (financially) for any and all mistakes you make during a loan signing service..

Learn how to work through any documents with proper notary processing. Gain understanding, confidence, and strategy to ensure great notary signings in any situation or signing. 

We can go over example closing documents that a Notary Signing Agents will go through as well we will discuss unusual ones that may pop up. With over 7 years of experience and over 100's of loan docs, Zeke is able to guide you through a series of transactions, simplifying them, answering questions, and/or providing resources for a great transaction.
