I am a Food Vendor that sells food items that are baked and air fried in an oven and not deep fried in oils or cooked in grease. If you’re expecting a high traffic between 500 up to 8,000 residents at your event, there is no problem in letting me sell my baked/air fried food items on my menu at your event. I provide delicious baked/air fried foods at a price that’s a little more affordable than what a large food trailer/truck offers.

In my experience of serving my food items, many of my clientele prefer baked/air fried food items instead food items deep fried in oils and cooked grease. But there are many customers that really prefer food items cooked in large food trailer/truck.

In a free enterprise system that we live in, the goal is freedom of choice and a business owner can express themselves by creating and selling a food product(s) that is different from other food trailer/truck entrepreneurs.

All my food items on my menu are baked/air fried: Churros, Corn in a Cup, Nachos, Hamburgers, Corn Dogs and Hotdogs.

I also sell breakfast food items for early morning events: Breakfast Burritos and Biscuits and Gravy.
