I am a Food Vendor that sells food items that are baked and air fried in an oven and not deep fried in oils or cooked in grease: Churros, Corn in a Cup, Nachos, Hamburgers, Corn Dogs and Hotdogs.
In my experience of serving my food items, many of my clientele prefer baked/air fried food items instead food items deep fried in oils and cooked in grease.
I also sell breakfast food items for early morning events: Breakfast Burritos, Breakfast Bowl, and Biscuits and Gravy.
